These terms govern use of l2island.fun and related Island services.

1. Definitions

Site — the Island project website.

Administration — persons managing the Site and game server.

User — anyone using the Site and/or game server.

Account — the User’s account.

2. General

2.1. By using the Site and services, the User accepts these terms, the Server rules, Privacy policy and Refund policy.

2.2. The Administration may restrict access without prior notice.

2.3. Services are provided “as is” for informational purposes.

3. Registration

3.1. To play, the User registers an account with accurate data (including email).

3.2. The User must keep login and password confidential.

3.3. The Administration may block or delete an account for rule violations.

4. Liability

4.1. The Administration is not liable for downtime, third-party actions or User losses.

4.2. The User bears the risks of using the services.

4.3. The Administration is not obliged to restore game property lost for any reason, except confirmed server errors (at the Administration’s discretion).

5. Changes

5.1. These terms may change. The new edition applies from publication on the Site.

5.2. Continued use means acceptance of the new edition.
